This tapestry pouch contains the traditional Byzantine icon of the Crucifixion.  Pictured below Christ on the Cross is on his right His Mother and woman followers and St John the Beloved and the sainted Roman Guard who converted to Christianity.  On the verso is a tradition Byzantine-Russian Cross with a representation of the Holy Spirit in the form of Dove at the top and the first letters (IC XC) of Christ's name on either end of the Cross bar.

The icon pouch, lined with a zipper, is perfect as a Rosary or Prayer Rope Case.
